Alastair Adam is a Partner of the OC&C Strategy, a Boston-based strategy consulting firm. He has over a dozen years of advisory experience, working with companies in the areas of acquisition identification and assessment, post-merger planning and integration and core business grant strategy and profit improvement. He has advised private equity groups and senior executives across a wide range of industries, but has particular expertise working with media and information businesses. Prior to founding The Callidon Group, which merged with OC&C in 2007, Alastair was a Senior Principal at The Parthenon Group. Previously he worked in corporate finance and M&A with Cazenove & Co. Alastair is also Co-President of Title Insurance Direct. Alastair holds a Masters in Law from Cambridge University, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment and a former Executive Committee Member of The British American Project.
