Peggy Kemp

Headmaster, Fenway High School

Peggy Kemp is the Head of School at Fenway High School, a Pilot School in the Boston Public Schools.  In addition to serving in a variety of teaching and administrative roles in the Boston Public Schools, Ms. Kemp has collaborated with two national school reform initiatives, one with Harvard Project Zero and the other with Jobs for the Future.  She served as the Associate Director of a National Science Foundation funded math and science regional center housed at Northeastern University and was the founding Director of the Office of School Partnerships at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She was recognized by the Boston Higher Education Partnership in 2001 and received the Boston Public Schools’ Service Excellence Award for Outstanding School Leadership in 2009.  Ms. Kemp is a graduate of Berea College and Harvard Law School. Peggy serves on Center for Collaborative Education’s Board and the Advisory Board of the Harvard Education Letter.
