Partner, OC & C Strategy Consultants

Alastair Adam is a Partner of OC&C Strategy Consultants. He has over fourteen years of professional advisory experience, working with senior corporate executives and private equity groups to develop compelling strategies for their businesses. He has advised clients across a wide range of industries, but has particular expertise working with media, online information and publishing companies.  Prior to OC&C, Alastair was a partner and co-founder of The Callidon Group, which merged with OC&C in 2007. Previously, he was a Senior Principal at The Parthenon Group, as well as spending five years in corporate finance and M&A with Cazenove & Co., a leading London investment bank. Alastair holds a Master’s in Law from Cambridge University, is a Fellow of the Securities Institute, and is a Fellow and Executive Committee Member of The British American Project.
