Rashaun Martin

Principal, Cathedral High School Inc.

Rashaun Martin is the Principal of Cathedral High School Inc., an independent co-educational Catholic high school that serves the inner-city students of Boston and the greater Boston-area located in the South End. For the past nine years,  he was the Program Director for the History at the Boston Latin School. He brings to ACCESS his tenure with the Boston Public Schools system, as student, teacher, and administrator and now as a school leader. A native of Boston, he graduated from the Boston Latin School in 1997, and was an ACCESS Scholar. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and a Masters in Teaching and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Educational Leadership from Simmons College. In addition, he serves the Board of Governors at the Catholic University of America, the Board of Trustees at the USS Constitution Museum and on the Advisory Board for Boston Catholic Charities. For six years, he also served on the Board of Directors for Notre Dame Academy in Hingham.
