Erica recently received her Master’s Degree in Psychology with a concentration in School Guidance Counseling from Westfield State College, and during her studies served as a School Guidance Counselor Intern at nearby Ludlow High School where she managed a caseload of 250 students. 

Erica attended Springfield Technical Community College (the office home to the ACCESS Springfield Promise Program!) and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Westfield State.  Through her volunteer experience working with school-aged children and commitment to the community, she has shown her passion for making a positive impact on the youth of the city of Springfield.  Erica is very excited to work for the ACCESS Springfield Promise Program as the services provided are much needed in Springfield and will really make a difference.
